VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR


Are you looking for an opportunity to positively impact someone’s quality of life? Hospice of Redmond invites you to become part of our team of dedicated professionals providing exceptional end of life services to the residents of Central Oregon.

If you have a passion for helping people and enjoy building and working with a wonderful team of volunteers this may be the position for you.

Our successful candidate will be a vital part of our team, collaborating with other care team members to provide support for patients and families. Primary responsibility for this position is the recruitment, development, organization and tracking of our volunteer program.  Our volunteers support hospice, Palliative Care and Transitions as well as often becoming involved in our administrative operations and special events.  This position requires strong written/verbal communication skills, organizational skills and administrative skills.  Facilitation, training, and event planning experience is a plus.   

This part-time position offers  compensation commensurate with proven experience and abilities.

Qualifications:

1.  Experience working in Volunteer driven agency.
2.  Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.
3.  Ability to work as a team member.
4.  Ability to work with multiple disciplines and               individuals.

5.  Ability to organize, supervise, assess, communicate and listen.

6.  Experience in hospice/healthcare preferred.

Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Full-time position

We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring and dedicated hospice team. This position is full-time and includes excellent benefits. NO WEEKENDS & NO ON-CALL!!! Candidates must possess strong assessment and communication skills, be able to work autonomously and have a heart and passion for the position. Qualifications: *Oregon CNA License *Valid Driver's License *Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance* Experience in hospice or home health a plus.
