Hospice Registered Nurse – Full Time Case Manager

If you answered “yes” to the above questions YOU may be the CNA Hospice of Redmond is looking for to work with this special team of hospice professionals as a Hospice Aide. This position is responsible for the personal care of our hospice patients, working along side Redmond’s interdisciplinary team of RNs, social workers, and chaplains providing high quality end-of-life care to our patients and their families.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of principles and practices of personal care with a working knowledge of end-of-life and palliative care; and knowledge of the process of dying and bereavement. Two years of CNA experience, hospice or home health experience preferred but not mandatory.

 

This full-time position offers excellent benefits. Compensation commensurate with proven experience and abilities.

Qualifications: Oregon CNA License, Valid Driver’s License; Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance. Hospice of Redmond is a drug-free workplace, pre-employment drug testing is required.

Standard Schedule: Full time. 40 hrs per week.

Two positions for: Hospice Registered Nurse – Full Time Case Manager  and On-Call Nurse

  • Are you dedicated to serving your community and bringing peace and comfort to families during trying times?

If you answered “yes” to the above questions, you may be one of the individuals Hospice of Redmond is looking for to become a hospice nurse. Hospice of Redmond is seeking TWO Registered Nurses to join our team of dedicated professionals serving our community.  Our successful candidates are proactive team members who possess strong assessment and communication skills, have experience in symptom management and are able to work autonomously in patients’ homes.  Experience in hospice or home health care is preferred.  

Hospice RN – Full Time Case Manager:  This position is 4 days/week plus 1 weekend on-call per month

Hospice RN – On-Call Nurse: This position assumes after hours triage calls from 4:30 PM – 8:30 AM Monday through Thursday plus 1 weekend on-call per month.  

 Hospice of Redmond RNs must have a willingness to participate in scheduled on-call time during the week and month.
