Community Events

 Our community events are back!

These events are completely free and are designed to provide insightful education on a variety of topics. Our goal is to equip our community members with the necessary resources to live their best lives and achieve their goals.

Each presentation will feature different topics and may include community professionals in addition to Hospice of Redmond staff. We are thrilled to host these events at the Hospice of Redmond campus as well as other locations throughout Central Oregon. Be sure to check our calendar regularly for updates on upcoming presentations and other events offered throughout the year. You can RSVP online or by calling our office at 541-548-7483.

Advance Care Planning

Have you heard about Advance Care Planning or ACP? Advance Care Planning is a process that helps you prepare in advance for your future medical needs, such as when you are very hurt, sick, old, or any other time that you cannot fully communicate what you want or need. Preparing for these situations provides you with some control over how you will be treated and cared for. It is an invaluable gift to your loved ones who will not have to make these important decisions for you.

Join us as Dr. Eriko Onishi explains how the process works for both Oregon Advance Directives and Oregon POLST (Portable Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment). You will walk away with useful handouts and the tools to complete these forms.
