Keehna Sture

Chaplain

Chaplain Keehna Sture joined the ranks of Hospice of Redmond in February, 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience in end-of-life care that dates back to 2007. Keehna’s previous positions of hospice nurse and grief counselor were a natural springboard to her being ordained as an Episcopal deacon in 2020. Conversely, her experience in hospice work has made her a deacon and a chaplain with an extra measure of empathy, compassion, and the ability to connect deeply with others. When she’s not involved in chaplaincy work, Keehna can be found attending to her responsibilities as the spiritual leader of St. Alban’s Episcopal Church in Redmond.

Keehna loves the abundant sunshine of Central Oregon, and, since moving to Redmond in 2020, she has become an avid fan of the outdoors. You will often find her on one of the walking trails in the Dry Canyon.
